Set of Festive Posters (January 2023)

To teachers and lovers of Hebrew,

Like every year we are offering for sale a set of festive posters in honor of Hebrew Language Day. The posters are meant for anyone wishing to celebrate Hebrew Language Day in school, at home or at work.

• Eight colorful posters (size A3) that were especially designed for Hebrew Language Day in 2023 and to mark the 100^th year since the passing of Eliezer Ben-Yehuda, the father of Modern Hebrew.

The illustrated posters present different stages in the revival of Hebrew – the vision, the Hebrew Dictionary, the first Hebrew-speaking child, the first Hebrew school, the Language Committee (Va’ad HaLashon), the War of the Languages and finally Hebrew in the 21^st century.

• A large festive poster (70 x 100 cm) featuring the stories of a few common Hebrew words coined by Eliezer Ben-Yehuda.

You are welcome to purchase the set of posters to decorate the classroom, the office or the children’s room at home and to celebrate Hebrew Language Day in 2023 together with us.
